Have you guys seen the Minion movie yet? I had the pleasure of taking the kids to see it this time and we had a blast, minus a little Junior Mint fiasco.
As we were leaving the theater, Owen tried to give his brother one of those big, mean body bumps, but instead he stopped dead in his tracks and said, “Oh my God, AIDAN!!”
The kid was covered in something brown. It was everywhere. Brown, sticky mess was oozing all over the inside of his arms and all over his shirt and shorts. Honestly, at first, I was unsure of what it could be. Thankfully though, after a few sniffs (I know, scary. You’ve done it), I was sure it was minty chocolate. A few Junior Mints had somehow escaped and left a dark, chocolatey mess behind on the poor kid.
We laughed so hard and we’ll never forget it. It was one of those laughing fits where we were all bent over and our bellies hurt. We had an awesome day at the movies!
If you haven’t seen the Minions yet, it’s still not too late because it’s still playing in theaters. You’ll also get a huge kick out of the music from the ’60s and all the crazy adventures of Stuart, Kevin and Bob as they search for their new villainous boss man.
Whether you’ve seen it already or not, your kids would really enjoy seeing these cute little eyeballs in their lunch box this week or for an after school treat. They’re so easy to make and so delicious! You could even make them with the kids if you’re looking to get all crafty and have some fun together.

What a super cute idea!
Where did you find those pretzels? I looked earlier this morning and I could only find the “normal ones” and they won’t work as nice for this.
