Sometimes you just need a night out, no matter what. Ireland is one of my very favorite places on Earth. I finally got to go back this past October and had the time of my life. I’m really looking forward to the day when I can go back with the whole family. Aidan is just dying to see the Wild Atlantic Way and all the ancient castles!
Mary and I didn’t take part in the Irish Whiskey taste off last night, but we did partake in the wine tasting. Thanks for coming along, Mary. I’m so glad we’ve promised each other more fun together in 2016. It’s always just like old times. I’ve known this girl since I was three years old and yes, we’ve been to Ireland together. In fact, we’ve done so much together that I can’t believe it hasn’t been documented on the blog yet. Maybe the best is yet to come though. Thanks for the fun, Mary. And thanks for always being such an amazing friend. Our friendship is like no other; I’m so grateful to our parents for letting us be kids together back in the 80’s and beyond. Those were A LOT of sleepovers. Thanks Finola. Thanks Seamus. I’m definitely still the fourth daughter. You’ll never get rid of me.
